Use of credit cards frequently encountered problem in daily life and the legal relationship,is a system has emerged as the spread to a wide audience in our society and replacing cash with the exchanges.Such a wide spread use of credit card usage areas, brought some problems in a legal sense and  needed legal regulations. Because of the legal relations between the parties that make up the credit card system requested due to a solid ground to base; numbered 5464 Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law was enacted.Despite the legal regulation,the end of the legal relations between the parties that make up the credit card system and  Be more specific results show that the legal relations, important problems to be solved is still raging, therefore, to examine the need for a detailed opinion on the subject , I believe that readers would be useful in a legal sense with my book named "Kredi Kartından Doğan Hukuki İlişkilerin Sona Ermesi ve Sonuçları".
